Shipping and Handling
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates: Mentioned as 1 - 4 days delivery time: These items will also be mentioned as "In Stock". For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time will be 4 business days at the max. In some tier-3 cities the delivery time may be more. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.For Out of Stock items: It means currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the "Add to Wishlist" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at www.thejoeshomecare.com.Permanently Discontinued: This product is no longer available on www.thejoeshomecare.com because it's obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued.With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Delivery mode : We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Return of Products by you
We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.In case of physical damage of a product we would require a photo to be emailed to email@example.com mentioning your order number.
TheJoes offers 7 days replacement guarantee for all products sold on www.thejoeshomecare.com, provided the product is in undamaged condition. In case the product is found defective upon opening, photographic evidence is to be provided within 48hrs. Should you come across any issue with such products, you are advised to contact customer service within 48 hours, failing which we may decide not take a request for replacement.Replacement policy is however invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.The Joes will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative product in case the product is out of stock/ production.
Changes and Cancellation
Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you. Post the order being billed there can be no changes in the invoice generated. Any request for name change, address change, etc will not be entertained.
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed by reversing the mode of payment. For example, refunds of credit card transactions will be processed by reversing the payment to the credit card only. The normal time for such refunds to reflect in your account is 15-25 working days.Refund in case of product being shipped & cancelation post receipt of the shipment would be done after the confirmation of stock being received back at DC.
